We ship our pizza frozen in an insulated cooler with enough dry ice inside to stay frozen for up to 3 days in transit. When your pizza arrives, there may be a small amount of dry ice left in the cooler, or none left. Don't be alarmed if there's no dry ice left.

We do not charge additional shipping fees, so at checkout, you'll see $0.00 for FedEx ground shipping. If you need your pizza extra fast, or delivered over a weekend, you may see additional shipping charges.

While issues are rare, if your pizza does not arrive in satisfactory condition, please email us at ship@giordanos.com or call us at 800-982-1756 (Mon-Fri 8am-3pm CST) and we will issue a reshipment or refund. Please note that a photo of the pizzas is required for a reshipment or refund.
