• What’s included in each box?

  Each shipment to your gift recipient will contain 2 Giordano’s full-size deep dish pizzas in the flavors of your choosing (pepperoni, sausage, cheese, or spinach).

• Will the subscription automatically renew?

  No, the Deep Dish Club is a one-time gift subscription. For example, if you purchase a 3-Month subscription for your gift recipient, after they’ve received their 3 deliveries, the subscription will not automatically renew and you will receive no further charges unless you contact us to renew the subscription.

• Do I pay in full upfront or by the order?

  Full payment upfront is required for the Deep Dish Club. If you purchase a 3-Month subscription, you will be charged $239.99 today, which covers all 3 deliveries. When the remaining two deliveries are shipped, you and your gift recipient will receive an email notification, but you will not be charged again.

• When will the recurring orders be shipped each month?

  Your remaining shipments to your gift recipient will be processed one month after the first shipment. Your first shipment to your gift recipient is shipped ASAP after purchase. For example, if you purchase a 3-Month subscription on Oct. 1, the first order will ship to your gift recipient on Oct. 2; the second order will ship on Nov. 2, and your third and final order will ship on Dec. 2.

• Will I be notified before each recurring order is shipped?

  Yes, you and your gift recipient will receive an email reminder 7 days before each recurring order is scheduled to be shipped. Additionally, once each order is shipped, you and your gift recipient will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

• Can I change the shipping date of the recurring orders?

  Please call us at 800-982-1756 (8am-2pm CST, Mon-Fri) or email ship@giordanos.com with your requested changes, and we will update the recurring orders.

• Can I change the pizzas in the recurring orders?

  Please call us at 800-982-1756 (8am-2pm CST, Mon-Fri) or email ship@giordanos.com with your requested changes, and we will update the pizzas in your recurring orders accordingly. Please note that Deep Dish Club pizza options are limited to our full size pepperoni, sausage, cheese, and spinach deep dish pizzas.
