How it Works
1Download Order Form
To efficiently send gifts to multiple addresses, download and fill out our Order Form (.xls)
2Enter Details
Simply enter your sender information, desired delivery range for the gifts, and then type in each recipient’s information along with the quantity and flavor of pizzas you’d like each to receive
3Submit Order Form
Please submit your order form at ship@giordanos.com at least 2 weeks prior to when they need to arrive
4Receive Confirmation Email
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once each order is shipped
5Shipping
Orders will ship via UPS or FedEx in our high-quality insulated cooler with dry ice to ensure pizzas are frozen upon arrival. Each cooler holds up to 6 pizzas, so larger orders will be split into multiple coolers.
6Enjoy!
Freeze pizzas upon arrival if not eating immediately. When ready, preheat the oven, bake until crispy, then slice and enjoy!

How does the pizza ship?
We ship our pizza frozen in an insulated cooler with enough dry ice inside to stay frozen for up to 3 days in transit. When your pizza arrives, there may be a small amount of dry ice left in the cooler, or none left. Don't be alarmed if there's no dry ice left.
How much does shipping cost?
We do not charge additional ground shipping fees, so at checkout, you'll see $0.00 for ground shipping. If you need your pizza extra fast, or you live in an area that we cannot ship to within 2 days ground, you may see additional shipping charges for 2 Day Air or Next Day Air.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We ship on Monday through Thursday for delivery Tuesday through Friday. All orders include complementary ground shipping and arrive within 1-2 days. At checkout, you'll be given an estimated delivery date.
What size is the pizza?
Our regular pizzas are 10 inches and serve 2-3 people. We also offer a 6-inch single-serve pizza in a variety pack.
What happens if something goes wrong with my shipment?
While issues are rare, if your pizza does not arrive in satisfactory condition, please email us at ship@giordanos.com. Please note that a photo of the pizzas is required for a reshipment or refund.
Can I send your pizza as a gift?
Absolutely! Our pizza makes a fantastic gift any time of year. At checkout, simply enter your recipient's shipping address and select "My billing address is different than my shipping address" to enter your billing address. You'll see an option to send a gift receipt via email to your recipient - this is an optional way to let your recipient know their delicious pizza is on the way, and allows them to track their shipment. Don't worry - we don't include any price information in the gift email.
