Shipping policy

Giordano’s pizzas are shipped frozen in insulated coolers with dry ice to preserve freshness. For your safety, please do not touch the dry ice.

All orders are shipped via UPS and/or FedEx. Upon delivery, promptly bring your cooler inside and transfer pizzas to your freezer as soon as possible.

Because we are shipping a perishable product, orders are scheduled to arrive no later than Friday of each week. We do not ship orders to be in transit over the weekend. Orders placed Sunday through Tuesday typically ship the same week. Orders placed Wednesday through Saturday will usually ship the following week.

Once an order has been processed, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Refunds or replacement orders are available only if an issue is reported within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, you must provide photos of the product as received.
