For the first time ever, we've partnered with Chicago's legendary Buona Beef to create the ultimate Chicago pie: Italian Beef Deep Dish.
Since 1981, Buona Beef has been serving up what many consider the best Italian beef in Chicago - thinly sliced, perfectly seasoned, and incredibly juicy. We invited them to our kitchens to work side-by-side with our master pizzamakers, who spent weeks perfecting this pizza until we got it just right. The end result is something truly unique and authentically Chicago: a classic Giordano's deep dish made with the same Italian beef served in Buona Beef's Chicago restaurants for over 40 years. We've even added giardiniera on top, just like an authentic Chicago Italian beef sandwich.

What Makes Our Pizza Special?
It’s Stuffed
A Giordano's pizza is delicious ingredients layered inside a handmade, double-crusted pie. We make our dough in-house using our proprietary recipe.
Freshness is key: we make every pizza using dough that was just produced, ensuring peak quality and incredible taste.
Ingredients: Top-Shelf Quality, and Lots of Them
We use more ingredients than other Chicago deep dish pizzas, including nearly a pound of mozzarella cheese in every pie. We make every batch of sauce ourselves using our secret recipe and vine-ripened tomatoes from Northern California. Our pepperoni is extra thick and half beef, and our sausage is made with an in-house recipe and no nitrates.
Our pizzas are made with fresh ingredients - never frozen - and we use generous amounts of them!

We ship our pizza frozen in an insulated cooler with enough dry ice inside to stay frozen for up to 3 days in transit. When your pizza arrives, there may be a small amount of dry ice left in the cooler, or none left. Don't be alarmed if there's no dry ice left.
