Shipment to locations that fall outside 2-day ground shipping territory from any of our distribution centers. This includes the following states: Washington, Colorado, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, & Hawaii.
Any business shipments that require delivery during regular business hours.
Desired delivery date cannot be met via standard two-day ground shipping.
