We use handpicked tomatoes that are perfectly ripe and our signature Wisconsin mozzarella cheese. Every frozen Giordano’s pizza is 10 inches serve two to three people. Plus, you’ll have several different flavors to choose from — cheese, sausage, pepperoni or spinach.

We can get our pizzas to any location in the country because we ship our frozen pizzas with dry ice. This is an efficient and safe way to transport frozen foods over several days. When your Giordano’s pizzas arrive, be sure to put them right into your freezer. You can store them for up to six months.

FREE Standard Shipping included with most packages. Additional shipping charges may apply if FedEx Express services are required due to any one of the following circumstances:

  • Shipment to locations that fall outside 2-day ground shipping territory from any of our distribution centers.  This includes the following states: Washington, Colorado, Oregon, Alaska & Hawaii.
  • Any business shipments that require delivery during regular business hours.
  • Desired delivery date cannot be met via standard two-day ground shipping.

Tips to Receive the Best Value

  • For orders placed on Monday, please select delivery on Thursday of the same week.
  • For orders placed on Tuesday, please select delivery on Friday of the same week.
  • For orders placed on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday, please select delivery on the following Wednesday.

In addition to the recommended days listed above, you may select the delivery day to be earlier or later by selecting the desired day on the calendar. Upgraded FedEx Express delivery charges may apply.

Customer hereby agrees to and acknowledges the following terms: Giordano's guarantees that all orders are carefully packaged and containerized in a manner that optimizes the safe delivery of your pizza to your location. Giordano's is not to be held liable for damage that your product may sustain during shipping while in transit. Packages lost in transit or stolen from their destination are not the responsibility of Giordano's and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If theft is possible at your location please contact our customer service team for more support on delivery. If your product arrives damaged, please contact customer service by giving us a call at 800-982-1756 to assist you!

Instructions

The following information is provided to you to help maintain the freshness and safety of your delivered Giordano’s Frozen Pizza Pie…

Your pizzas should have arrived to you within two days of shipping. Each package is packed with over 5 lbs. of dry ice, but may arrive with little to none remaining. The pizzas should arrive frozen or partially frozen. Unless you plan on baking your pizzas within a few hours, we suggest you place them directly into your freezer for storage. The pizzas will retain their freshness in the freezer for as long as six months. (If you plan on baking your pizzas within a few hours, you may store them in your refrigerator where they will continue to thaw.) Do not eat uncooked pizza.

For the very best results, follow these cooking instructions:

  • Place rack in center of the oven and preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Remove all packaging from the pizza. (Saving the cardboard Circle)
  • Place Pizza directly on the center rack and bake for 35-40 minutes, until the crust turns golden brown. Bake to internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  • Remove pizza from oven and carefully slide pizza onto saved cardboard circle for easy slicing. PLEASE USE CAUTION as pizza will be very hot.
  • Cut into slices and enjoy!

  1. My pizza did not arrive on the scheduled delivery date. What should I do?

  2. The pizza never arrived or arrived thawed/damaged. Now what?

    • To help us resolve, if possible, please forward any photos taken of the condition your pizzas were in upon arrival.
  3. Why am I being charged for shipping during the check out process?
    • Additional charges may apply if FedEx Express Services are required to ship to locations that fall outside 2-day ground and 2 day express shipping territory from any of our distribution centers. This includes the following states: Alaska & Hawaii.
  4. Why didn’t I receive any shipping confirmation or tracking number?
    • Please check that your email address was entered correctly and that the confirmation was not sent to spam/junk folder. If you have not received the confirmation email, please send us an email at ship@giordanos.com or call our Shipping Hotline at 800-982-1756.
  5. There was no dry ice in the cooler, what happened?
    • Dry ice is designed to evaporate, so don’t be alarmed if you do not see any ice when you open your package. Every pizza is packed completely covered in dry ice when shipped.
  6. How should I handle any dry ice remaining in the cooler?
    • Any remaining dry ice should be handled with care. Avoid contact with your skin.
  7. My pizza isn’t frozen. Is it okay to eat?
    • Your pizza is safe to eat if it feels cold to the touch (about 40 degrees).
  8. What if my order Arrives with the incorrect pizza?
    • Contact us by phone or email within the first 30 days of receiving your order. Once photos are provided of the incorrect pizzas received, we can then either send out the correct pizza or issue a refund, depending on your preference. Photos can be sent to ship@giordanos.com.

  1. What is the size of the pizza?
    • Our pizzas are 10 inches and serve 2-3 hungry adults.
  2. Can I choose other toppings?
    • Currently, we are only able to offer cheese, sausage, pepperoni and spinach.
  3. How do I cook the pizza?

  4. How long will a pizza keep in a freezer?
      For best results we recommend enjoying your pizza within 6 months.

 

Ordering Information

  1. Can I change my order?
    • If you need to change your order please email us at ship@giordanos.com or call our Shipping Hotline at 800-982-1756 (Monday – Friday 8 am-3 pm CST) at a minimum of 3 days prior to your delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any changes after your order has shipped.
  2. Can I send a package as a gift? Can I include a gift message?
    • Yes! An optional gift message can be included on the packing slip. No pricing information will be visible to your gift recipient.

 

Refunds and Returns

- Due to the product being frozen upon shipping and arriving, Giordano's does not accept returns of any kind.
